I used to think the interesting question about AI and building was about other people. Then I noticed the line between technical and non-technical builders had quietly moved through my own work.

AI made shipping side projects genuinely easier. The bottleneck has moved to exposure, and that's the part you can't easily do alone.

I've just pushed the first version of Build on Record live. A simple decision log for capturing decisions as they happen and learning from what actually unfolds.
